Workforce Privacy & Location Notice

This notice explains how the Luminex Staff Portal handles workforce and operational information. It applies to authorized personnel using the portal for assigned work.

Information processed

The portal may process account identity, contact information, role and employment-related profile fields, assigned jobs, shift timestamps, checklist activity, signatures, supervisor reviews, work photos, issue reports, and device location information when required by a work workflow.

Location information

The current portal requests device location during specific work actions such as starting or completing assigned shift/checklist activity. The portal is not designed to perform continuous background location tracking. Location data may include latitude, longitude, accuracy, and the time associated with the work action.

Work photos

Before-and-after photos may be required to document assigned work, support quality control, verify service completion, resolve service questions, and support supervisor review. Staff should avoid capturing unrelated people, private documents, computer screens, personal belongings, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is used

Information may be used for scheduling and assignment management, time and service verification, quality assurance, supervisor review, client-service documentation, incident handling, compliance administration, and internal operational reporting.

Access

Portal access is role-based. Staff generally see their own assigned work; supervisors and administrators may have broader operational access based on their responsibilities. Client-visible information is controlled separately and is not automatically published from internal staff activity.

Security and account responsibilities

Users must keep credentials private, use only their own authorized account, protect devices used for portal access, and sign out when using a shared device. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
